To provide authentication, Arx processes account names, securely hashed passwords, registration-key redemption records and account-related timestamps.
The application can submit an HWID for device locking. The authentication service uses the identifier or its derived hash to enforce licensing.
The service may process connection information such as IP addresses and request timing for operational security and abuse prevention. Hosting providers may also handle ordinary web traffic logs.
The website uses authentication session cookies to keep users signed in. Admin sessions use a separate cookie.
Account and authorization records are retained for service operation. Ask through official Discord support for data access, correction or deletion requests, subject to legitimate operational and legal requirements.
